Yes! So true! I always feel better when I move, Walking, hiking, dancing, stretching, Tai Chi. I love using things in Nature to stretch with – rock inclines, stretching my arms between trees. And the deep breathing around trees is so full of oxygen and Spirit. Thank you for the reminder!
