Divine Alignment

Okay kiddos… we’ve been “working” for months now.  Well… possibly years/decades.  While we do stay in the moment, we also explore, forerun and vision as we often strive to align to the next/our truth. 

Sound, Light & Hz (Homework)

Often enough something I don’t completely understand comes into my energy.  I’ve been gifted a healthy (verses strong) mind and wish to remember and relay.  At times though as I start to research in the here and now, the science part gets too… much.  One does have to balance the left side/info with the right side/Spirit/simple. 

Balance… Ground… Stabilize

Fast Moving Energy

There seems to be some fast moving energy in the air so… let’s use it to our advantage.  One can connect in meditation (and just about anything can become a meditative practice) to assist in letting go/clearing and feeling the incoming joy… the ease/knowing that is also right here and now.

self-attunement

The energy today is actually quite peaceful.  Or at least that is what I am feeling now.  Things can shift so quickly because this morning I could feel the collective release.  A good time to align… attune with one with self… and all.  Often this word is used in Reiki yet… we are all energy healers.

Shedding

Oh boy are we shedding!  Can you feel it?  It’s not just for snakes, crabs and cicadas.  It might be so subtle; just a change of mind/heart.  A letting go and moving in a slightly different direction.  Or more of the false self… lies/old beliefs/ways/trauma.  And only good can come from this.  Awesome will come from this.  In the moment though, it may feel messy/awkward… yet…  

Rise and Shine

Good morning loves and lights.  The doves are cooing – a reminder that love is in the air, well, always… and the roosters are crowing.  For me this was a weekend of realizations, interesting dreams (food theme) and peace.  That easy breezy kind.  It was an outdoor weekend and lawn mower meditation… ahh, the smell of spring and fresh cut grass.

A Clean Slate

While written on 1/11… some of this also applies now. Spring weather here today though so outside in our Nature soaking it up. With you in Spirit. ❤ and will write/update soon. 🙂

2020 Spiritual Vision

A time of much to unfold

TBA… Yup!  Spirit reminded me that much is in play and to… let it play out.  This is a time to be… flexible.  If you’re goal oriented, in problem solving mode, or crave structure/control/being in the know… well… tee hee.  I will say that I feel this universal sigh of relief, as if much work has been done.

What if …

Your future self paid you a visit?  Just ponder.  What would they see?  Surely no judgment.  Surely lots of smiles and love.  What amazing things would he/she say to you?
