I love words that are both a noun and a verb. Grace… would be one of them. Often we think of it as a verb – in action… yet often grace just is. It’s interesting to reflect that by grace many of us haven’t had certain experiences. Grace is a gift shown/given to us and we can in turn also do the same. (( ❤ ))

I wouldn’t say I am not the most filled with humility. My inner dialogue can be egotistical at best. Yet I do try my best to help others when asked for help. I can be a bit of a martyr saying yes when my emotional system tells me NO because I know I am strong and can ignore it.
