Menopause or Ascending or… ?

This post is not just for women.  Even more so for men.  The role that men carry now is so important and diverse during this time.  Trust me that if women wonder/question this, so do men. 

Lightworkers & Suicide, Part II

I started this post a year ago yet it fell into the draft folder/abyss.  Oh there are so many topics one can write on and often some just don’t get published.  Yet when I went to glance at my year-end blogging stats, I was reminded and a bit surprised to see a post I wrote some time ago on this topic ended up being #1 this year.  Out of hundreds of (much more upbeat) posts/moments, lightworkers and suicide…?  Wow.  While some might just be doing some light reading…    An honest answer though – this very much can be a real feeling/thought/step in the journey that can slowly grow, linger, come and go or sneak up out of no where… and be down right consuming/scary.  So… 

A walk into bliss

Evenings ago I bundled up and took a stroll down the shoreline… and into the sunset.  And an amazing sunset unfolded.  Often moments like these (that I don’t expect or plan) simply become more.  A connection, remembrance and just oh so special – words just can’t describe.  So… sharing 11 magical pictures.

Incoming…

Some great thoughts/remembrance… if we can just relax our mind enough to process them.  Can we say headache if we can’t.  And if we can just relax our heart and body enough to rest/sleep and do what it needs to do as this latest upgrade/awakening/alignment unfolds.  It does feel as if it’s been in process for about a week+ now.  And it does feel like a biggie… yet, most of them have been.

I wrote this a few weeks ago yet have had it on hold for a variety of reasons.  So letting it go… as this is just a post and now in some ways a mix of old or what may be. 

Between Gates

Oh how I love signs/mirrors/synchronicities!  And at times I do my best thinking and connecting with Spirit in a “vehicle”.   So a day of travel and I found myself chuckling at the signs provided. 

Roll Call

Is a roll call needed…?  Some will understand as the more recent energy may have taken one on quite a journey/experience/process.  Or may have been felt as a workout (Up, down, UP) or half marathon (and that hitting the wall moment).  Gheez… there have just been so many moments.  Yet, let’s begin this in gratitude… knowing… a breath… and hopefully a smile.
