Awake in everything you do

Lend me your eyes, I can change what you see. But your soul you must keep totally free.

I opened my notebook and saw a note I’d made over two weeks ago.  A message from Spirit/higher-self.  I smiled as it seemed to resonate even more now.  It was talking about, change.  And awakening anew.  A whole new plan… and to just relax into the unknown.  Yup, that sure does fit now. 

Movement

Oh several themes running… and one of them would be that action/movement = action/movement.  And this is a good thing.  On this journey there are times to keep things simple and go slow and do no thing.  And there are times to get moving… even if you’re not sure.  To do something and see what unfolds.

I’m going to do something…

Even if it’s wrong!

Yup.  That’s what my 80 year old mum-in-law said to me some time ago.  It cracked me up.  She said it confidently and with a sparkle for life in her eyes.  It sounded like an invitation to actually get into a little trouble.  Where did she get this saying?  I’m not sure, yet, I’m reminded of her advise. At times we need to try something, different. Do… just about anything.  There are no mistakes so, see what happens.  It’s great to be alive.  Be alive.

 

The art of letting go

Many of us are problem solvers, helpers and servers.  When we hear, let go, it seems to go against our nature and the way our brain have been wired.  Letting go sounds passive… which can be a good thing.  It sounds like we… do nothing.  Sometimes this is the case.  It sounds too easy.  Yes, it can be this simple.  So it confuses our ego and mind.
