Weeks ago a topic came up in the journey:  Multiple Personality Disorder… or what is now called, DID – Dissociative Identity Disorder.  While this blog has touched on mental heath issues in the past such as depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts… DID seemed to up the ante. Continue reading

Life as labor and…

if we just, relax… it goes much smoother.  Yet if you say this to a woman who’s in active labor, she might just bite your head off, lol.

And yes, think symbolic.  Much is written on birthing as a analogy.  Both men and woman are constantly birthing something; laboring away in creation mode.  Yet I do think the word labor has taken on a negative connotation.  As if the magic and joy has been taken away. Continue reading

All together now


Years ago I reached out to likeminded. Again and again though, I felt that I was put in my place. I was not to be in their space. While I could see their gifts, their ego also rode shotgun. I kept thinking, we’re all supposed to be working together. No threat. We each have our unique gift and are to come together like a puzzle. Although I was surprised and disheartened at the time, this did serve a purpose. That was not my tribe. And I then had the opportunity to pull in and really dig deep. To know. Continue reading
