Anchoring in The/your Dream

I almost titled this post, The Dream verses The Event.  Yet it’s not about this or that (having to make a choice)… more so, all of it.  Oh so many possibilities.  First though I wanted to check in loves and lights.  How are we doing…?  The past few mornings there’s been this hopefully feeling and like yes, we’ll take that.  The body though may be upgrading/feeling big time – the planetary K index has been low, as in hit the ground floor or… the basement.  We have some incoming solar wind so this will bring some relief/a shift (and an update below).  Oh we’re going into full moon energy.  To be able to see/know what we haven’t been able to before.

I’m not sure when I first heard the term, lightbody.  I am sure it was years after I aligned to the lightworker word.  I’d bet I read it several times before it even caught my eye and then caused my mind to pause… and start wondering.  I’m sure I thought, these are just words, one is being symbolic… right?  Well… years later a lot has changed for me.

Hold on

Oh so much to potentially write on yet am also letting go of some of the bigger stuff.  Simple really is best.  So let’s see what get’s typed up.  To start, this weekend pulse for many is… TOUGH.  Physically.  Mentally.  Emotionally.  A reality.  Hopefully not all combined but quite possible.  One might be feeling in the heart, gut, mind, lower back… body.  Rest… breath… stretch.  Self-care/love is a must.  This will pass yet it may feel all consuming.

The significance

Heart Scan

The other day the Universe reminded that I don’t normally scan for aura’s, I seem to go for the heart. Instead of seeing colors, I see an item. To be honest though, I more often see walls and deep tears. The first time this happened to me I wondered how the person could be alive, functioning and seemingly happy with such a mutilated emotional heart. I then seemed to be a psychic surgeon (with permission) as I sent energy and attempted to sew it back together. Just by bringing attention to and then discussing, healing started.
