Trust the timing

It has been bam, energetic, busy yet on point.  So it was interesting to feel stillness/neutrality/a pause as I meditated today.  There’s also a bit of releasing some pretty random, old and negative thoughts.  Like where did those come from and… no worries.  While one could discern on them (hidden gems everywhere), it may be just as easy to let go/they served.  I share this since…

Medication… Meditation

The other day as I went to write meditation, instead wrote, medication… well in ways… same thing.  Everything can become a meditation.  Doing laundry, dishes, taking a shower, walking.  It’s just a small shift in energy.  One could say being mindful… or a bit more conscious… in a certain energy… rhythm of life. 

From toes to head

Or from sole/soul to crown.  How quick is the energy changing…?  Again writing a post and just left it to start a new one.  So checking-in on, the body.  That’s what I am feeling most.  There have been times of more mental, emotional or spiritual work/experiences.  So how this may be felt again ranges.  From heat/kundalini/life force rising or stirring to…

Life as labor and…

if we just, relax… it goes much smoother.  Yet if you say this to a woman who’s in active labor, she might just bite your head off, lol.

And yes, think symbolic.  Much is written on birthing as a analogy.  Both men and woman are constantly birthing something; laboring away in creation mode.  Yet I do think the word labor has taken on a negative connotation.  As if the magic and joy has been taken away.

Breathe

I just wanted to do a quick check-in.  How is everyone doing?

I know everyone is at a slightly different place.  If you are or feel stuck… shake it up.  Try something new/different.  We aint got time for pain/struggle/misery/stagnating.  Know that all of our work/experiences/etc. are so that one will be well prepared.  Or you may be feeling an unexpected breath of fresh air/a release… freedom (a great feeling) – contracts are up.  You may or may not understand the details of this yet.

What is your purpose?

To love yourself like never before.

To do the internal work.  Healing.  Resting.  Reading, listening and journaling.

To play and laugh.  To do what brings you joy.  To smile.

To appreciate.  To breathe.  That is all.  That is enough.

The Universe’s Thumb

Several months ago, I felt the Universe pressing on me. It seemed to last for weeks… months and became more and more. So it went from a bit of pressure and discomfort to really feeling the squeeze. I wasn’t sure I could take much more. It was obvious the Universe wanted me to move.

Quick grounding exercise – Tie a bow

This exercise can be done with eyes open or closed and either standing or seated/resting.  It can take seconds or as much time as you’d like.
