As I drove to the post office, this song came on the radio by Swedish House Mafia, Don’t You Worry Child. Each time I hear this song, it’s like the Universe knows that I need to be reminded. Instead of just listening or singing along with the song, I fall into it and truly feel it. I then seem to come into perfect alignment and harmony with my divine plan and the Universe. I took a few minutes and blended with the ocean yesterday. A meditation of sorts. I then heard, “Ask for what you need.” Continue reading
I don’t use this word every day: Profound.
The word is defined online as: very great or intense; deep-seated; (of a person or statement) having or showing great knowledge or insight; wise; the vast depth of the ocean or of the mind. Continue reading
In the last week, I’ve been feeling growing pains and I’m in my forties. I wanted to say this was a spiritual growing pain yet this didn’t sound too positive. In these moments, you feel everything… you see everything. You can’t believe what you see and feel. You are agitated and feel out of place. You feel uncomfortable. Your body does not feel your own. I knew the Universe was working on raising my energy but my brain didn’t understand this. Continue reading
This was written by my amazing fiancé. I’ve only added a few thoughts. This is truly a co-creating writing experience and a first for us. Over the past week, I had two encounters that were important and I realized the other party and I weren’t seeing, eye to eye. We were not on the same page. With one of them, we weren’t even in the same book. When this happens, it would be easy to either get frustrated or just walk away. In reality though, this moment is a great opportunity. I do love signs. Growing up, I trained myself to look for them. Long before Garmin’s, on a long road trip, they would let me know how many miles I had to go and which exit to take. As I enter a building, a sign will let me know where to go. Yet, as I grew into an adult, no one taught me how to look for the less obvious signs. Actually, now I think they are the more important signs. The Universe does provide them all around us but often we just don’t see them. Continue reading
