Alive and Glowing

Okay!  Let’s talk about now.  I will share what I am experiencing.  These brief moments of knowing… like, BAM!  Then moments of needing to keep it simple.  Heat/chi has been running again in the body and then, in the rest moments, that deep inner chill/cryochamber (past post on topic).  For some it may feel like things are off/challenging yet…

Growing pains…?

Well… let’s just add it to the list of possibilities.  Yet it doesn’t have to feel like pain.   It’s just whatever we loaded the day before, may no longer apply.  So it may also feel like what was down is now up and vice versa.  As if it was a brief patch and now we’re already ready for a whole new platform.  Yikes… and we got this.  😊 

Rising Sun

Really this is more of just a, checking in.  My mind, heart and body seem to be allowing and processing.  No rush or pressure.   While we’ve had a strong line of storms, this morning I sat with the sunrise and started singing, house of the rising sun.  I’m not sure what the original song meant.  It seems to be taking on it’s own meaning for me now.  Music does seem to be pouring out of me the past few weeks.  As if there is a song/answer to just about everything. 

Restarting…

Well, is it just me or is the energy off the charts?  I hardly slept last night.  So… where to start. So many random thoughts.  At least my brain is working today.  My laptop, barely.  It seems to be taking a while to restart.  Yes, symbolic.

Things in my house seem to be expanding and popping (water bottles, etc.). This is a time of EXPANSION.
