Cabin Fever…?

Many of us are still in winter weather.  Snowed in.  It can be a very special time and embraced and enjoyed in many ways.  A great time to catch up on sleep, read, cook warm meals, spend time with family… and create or play!  For many, they continue to integrate this latest pulse (see last post).  And some have the invitation to sit with… or in the fire- as in a phoenix process.

A dose of… Reality

Whoo, we interrupt this blogging break as we have big shifts happening.  So if one is needing more sleep, feeling as if they can’t ground in a reality… well, perfect!  I started writing this yesterday, realizing I do so clearly at times understand my role here and now.  After not blogging for two weeks and lot of new experiences and then from meditation and reviewing my notes, I smiled.  While I often write on the joy and bliss of this journey… I am also just as willing write about the work we do.  So I am back and that feels good.  Oh what would I do without writing.  Well… 😊

Why… the physical fire/hot and ice/cold?

Energy update at the end this time kiddos.

I, like you, have read many times of the ascending symptoms.  They can range from headaches, nausea, body aches and chills, etc.  Now though I was wondering why…?  Why does the body process light in this way?  In particular, last week I had moments of a deep inner chill.  I’ve had the heat/Kundalini rising and then spells of being/feeling hot and then cold (lasting for about an hour)… but now this inner chill was quite interesting. 

Thank you Rain

I am sitting on porch writing this morning.  There is a steady rain.  I think back to a year or two ago when a day like this symbolized a release day.  A day to pause, reflect and let go.  Now though I am smiling.  I will be honest, I didn’t sleep much last night.  Very light sleep, more like a rest.  Yet my soul, mind and body are happy.  I am trying to remember all the little tidbits I wanted to pass along but maybe that’s not the point in this moment.  Maybe just sharing this peaceful and rejoicing energy is.

Rising up from the ashes

I am writing this post for a variety of reasons so it holds a few different perspectives.  On my mind this morning… well actually for a few weeks now, wildfires that have been burning in several states (VA, NC, TN, GA).  While I know this is divine.. it holds much meaning.  On a very human level, I’ve been touched to see the outpouring of caring and dedicated firefighters and community members.

Okay Kiddoes’!  These are very interesting times indeed.  This 11/11, full super moon… real time, NOW experience…  I know that whatever I AM experiencing is also a vibration of a larger group.  So as usual, this post does not cover, all – just a perspective.  This can be a weekend for anchoring, upgrading, reunions and bliss.  Yet, for many it’s a weekend to work through something, big.  It might be politics, a personal/family tragedy, a natural disaster… it can be anything.  This seems to be a time to balance, all.  Both the experience (3D/your reality) and all that you know/have learned/become.  And then to pull in the, new.
