It’s all good

I can remember in the past when I often wrote in a grab bag or buffet style. It was random sharing and to take what served. And that style seems appropriate again now.

Okay!  We are moving along… yet… for some it will be in sleep state.  So the body may be needing rest and feeling much.  Possibly full/puffy as we anchor in this now dose of light.  It may feel big/expanded.  Yup and perfect.  And do you like the unexpected… surprises…?

Flowing Circles

Oh nothing like the cold to wake you up!  Gheez… I am a mermaid and it’s cold here.  Contrast though can shake one up… and inspire.  Bringing a-ha’s and making some things crystal clear.  So see how you feel… what you say – all messages in there own way.

Whoa

So I just wanted to check-in energy wise.  This current pulse may not have been what one thought, yet is serving many purposes.  It does seem to be (for me) one of those more subtle and quiet ones yet… not.  I can feel it physically – whoa… and am working through it in my reality as situations/a different theme surfaces. 

Sculpting…

Well… not sure what fresh pow just rolled in but… I’ll take it.  Usually Sunday evenings I feel a bit of a lull as if many are preparing for the work week but this seems to be reminding that this will be an energetic/exciting week.  By the time I publish this though, it will be Monday.

Writing a new CV

[ A Curriculum Vitae (CV) is an account of one’s career and qualifications. I remember writing one years ago in my professional career days. It listed my education, awards and achievements.  Now I decided to write a new one.  Ha… and hmm…  If you were to compare this one to my former, you’d question if we were the same person.  So, where to start… professional woo woo??  No, that won’t work.  Calling and purpose is real, a gift and needed in this world.  And really, not that far of a stretch.  With a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services and a successful and diverse 17 year career in medical social work, my passion has been for the spiritual, medical and mental health mix and wellbeing of all. ]
