It’s been a bit since I’ve shared a general energy update.  Both yesterday and today many are feeling and anchoring in a large influx of energy/light.  I’ve been feeling it alternate between heart and mind.  Particularly the left frontal side/above brow and for me this symbolizes new intel.  The heart expansions have also been significant and if one’s new to feeling this energy, it can be confused for…

Energy Update

Is today Earth Day?  If so… that’s obviously not my piece to write on, lol.  Isn’t every day Earth Day?  I am just checking in.  In the past 10 days or so I’ve been in an energy/process.  I had a day where I could write some and scheduled those.  So if you feel (being as intuitive/dialed in as your are) as if something in my writing is missing… 🙂    I’ve been honoring the/my process.  So for now, I just wanted to pass along this is a high energy weekend and your mind… might not understand… or is/may be grasping to.  And your heart may be feeling, much.  I had to meditate twice this morning before I could do anything. 

Balance… Ground… Stabilize

Thank you Rain

I am sitting on porch writing this morning.  There is a steady rain.  I think back to a year or two ago when a day like this symbolized a release day.  A day to pause, reflect and let go.  Now though I am smiling.  I will be honest, I didn’t sleep much last night.  Very light sleep, more like a rest.  Yet my soul, mind and body are happy.  I am trying to remember all the little tidbits I wanted to pass along but maybe that’s not the point in this moment.  Maybe just sharing this peaceful and rejoicing energy is.

What helps ground this energy?

You would think I would know.  I had to be reminder.  And it became very clear as a several earth bound angels reminded me again and again within just a few hours. 

Sensitive… Empath…
