Personal vortexes, waves and high energy

Spirit once told me to find, where the waves run backwards.  Like many one-liners from Spirit, at the time it stumped me and I let go.  Yet often messages/lessons/moments do come back around.  So now, several years later I am chuckling as I think I finally got it.  I was scribbling vortex’s and waves (processes we do create in this journey) and then, was looking at my drawings at different angles.  Oh, backward waves = vortex.  Well, why couldn’t Spirit just say, get in the vortex!  Ha, well that is an Abraham/Esther Hicks book/teaching.

On a variety of topics.  So buffet style – take what serves you.  🙂  I seemed to get on a roll and end on the topic of money/abundance.

The past two nights I’ve found it hard to go to sleep and then hard to awake.  I remember playing ball in my dream state.  Just like base/softball.  Tossing back and forth… back and forth an energy ball.  What awoke me was when the ball was not caught and dropped.  It was a loud sound that seemed to echo so I awoke with my heart racing.  Okay… so… don’t drop the ball.  Or… just keep playing.  🙂

Quick grounding exercise – Tie a bow

This exercise can be done with eyes open or closed and either standing or seated/resting.  It can take seconds or as much time as you’d like.

Being… spiritually grounded

Several years ago, I heard the word, “grounded.”  I immediately wanted to laugh since I associated this word with my teenage years and the occurrences of me being grounded – which did limit my freedom.  So when another asked me if I grounded myself daily, I hesitated.  What did this mean?  And how do you do this?
