Light

Sorry I’ve been away as I’ve been doing some personal and deep work… reflection.  A time to clear the channel and reset.  In some ways it feels like a decension 360 (after years and increments of ascending) and this is a wonderful opportunity/to be honored.  So I will keep this short and sweet for now.  A new and improved light grid seems to be online.  Oh the love… vastness… connection.  One may or may not feel/see yet… but it is there.  Open and expanding heart, out of mind (in a good way), ears softly ringing (so many new tones/codes), circulating in every cell of our essence and beingness.  It is cool, windy and clear here today.  A gift and fresh new start.  From this, oh the good that can come.  ❤

Ascended Mastery 101

While this picture is kind of trippy, this is not that kind of post.  This is a very natural and normal process.  Tomorrow is 10/1… so 101 does seem appropriate since school… life is in session.  I chuckle as I start to write this post because this has been an interesting wave indeed.  At least for me.  Soo not like the other two of this year.  But of course!  Just when you master a way…. it changes!  Yesterday felt like a work out of a certain kind/story for another time.  By the end of the day, I was reviewing my notes again.  I know I often mention keeping a notebook like a student.  I AM both a teacher and student of life/Spirit.  Each day can be busy enough that it’s easy to miss/dismiss what seems like a random sign/message/dream/event.  I seemed to find mine in my notes, as I was wondering what class had I signed up for.

Being of service

This is a total body blast for many.  Months ago I could feel my brain changing and the energy working and at times both the high’s and brain fog.  The body blasts can manifest in different ways.  At times emotions pulse and get pushed up and out.  It does feel like a coming undone and for a second you might fell as if everything is falling apart yet know that it’s coming together. 

Review

I’m working on a project today. Honestly it only serves me yet, everyone. Everyone who I’ll come into contact with from this day forward. It’s rare but on occasion the Universe will encourage you to take a step back. In a spiritual quest where so much is written on evolving and ascending… this seems contra productive. Particularly when a momentum is felt or a new wave of energy is coming in, etc. We all just want to get to the next level. Yet we must honor our journey.

Writing a new CV

[ A Curriculum Vitae (CV) is an account of one’s career and qualifications. I remember writing one years ago in my professional career days. It listed my education, awards and achievements.  Now I decided to write a new one.  Ha… and hmm…  If you were to compare this one to my former, you’d question if we were the same person.  So, where to start… professional woo woo??  No, that won’t work.  Calling and purpose is real, a gift and needed in this world.  And really, not that far of a stretch.  With a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services and a successful and diverse 17 year career in medical social work, my passion has been for the spiritual, medical and mental health mix and wellbeing of all. ]
