Our amazing physical vessel

Our human body holds many secrets and symbolism.  No thing is by chance.  It is sacred geometry, numerology… and a sacred site. 😉  If you read nothing else, ponder or mediate on this and be shown.  I remember reading some time ago about a seven year spiritual process.  The words came and went.  Yet, I came back to this 11 months ago as I learned in seven years, every cell in our body regenerates.  Then Spirit was walking me through how every cell, organ, system (nervous, endocrine, lymphatic, muscular, reproductive, etc.), bone, hormone, etc. is touched and affected by this process.

First, let me say that I am writing this from a certain level of understanding.  I am not an expert, more a conduit and student.  There are times Spirit gives detailed messages, we have knowing’s… and for me, times when Spirit drops words/clues and it’s up to us to do our own seeking and pondering.

Multiple

In my career days I was taught to multitask… and did, as if to be proud of this skill.  The Universe must have then noticed, lol.  There was a time though in my spiritual journey where I become so present in each and every task.  Yet… many of us have been getting used to the multiverse and how we see, do and are aware of multiple things, often simultaneously.  We did though start Mastering each of these steps/ways/dimensions individually and in time.  Last year though, things started to accelerate for many of us.

Why… the physical fire/hot and ice/cold?

Energy update at the end this time kiddos.

I, like you, have read many times of the ascending symptoms.  They can range from headaches, nausea, body aches and chills, etc.  Now though I was wondering why…?  Why does the body process light in this way?  In particular, last week I had moments of a deep inner chill.  I’ve had the heat/Kundalini rising and then spells of being/feeling hot and then cold (lasting for about an hour)… but now this inner chill was quite interesting. 

Animal Signs: Hawk, Mole & Fox

Okay… there has been a significant change in the energy.  An upswing.  And today is flying by!  And speaking of… just sharing some of the signs I am seeing.  I often see a variety of birds in flight but the other evening a visitor landed in the back yard.  Quite rare.  Pic is a bit fuzzy (haha, literally) but I was surprised and happy she waited long enough for me to grab my camera.

A New Dawn

I was sound asleep at 5:55 a.m. when Spirit chimed in.  I felt a wave of the k rising.  I can usually acknowledge and return to sleep but not this morning.  It was as if Spirt was laughing and then I clearly heard this song:

Light Body Update

At times I write to the best of my understand about my light body process.  Several times in the past 15 months or so I’ve had an experience that seems to fall into this category.  Spirit seems to only provide a few words and I often have to then do some homework to better understand.  My mind wants to understand.  Then I share, knowing that it’s just a perspective and a part of my overall experience. 

Upgrades

Alright Kiddo’s! Are we having fun yet? The latest seems to be the next wave of energy coming in March. Spring equinox, although I’m feeling all of March. So more upgrades are incoming/in happening – Up, uP and away/a way. So for many we have a few weeks to rest, discern, create, prepare – whatever you feel you need to do. Most importantly – LIVE!  I, personally, have to take these notifications of gates/portals/dates with a grain of salt. We are each different and literally every moment is a new possibility. Many of us shifted together as gates/sun activity/whatever name we attach to it, moved us along yet now, that doesn’t seem to matter as much. Any moment could be (and is), divine!
