Let go of 2019 energy

Well… for that matter… let go of 2012 – 2019.  Alrighty loves, lights and all in-between… how are you doing?  Or should I say, how are you being?  While I haven’t been writing much for months now… trust that the journey continues. 

a mix yet where we’re headed

Oh the energy feels/felt like a mix.  Peace… then… down/heavy… then high/easy/floating/upbeat.  I hold all of this in perspective.  For some, these past few weeks have been a doozy.  So to find our center/ground again as all these changes/upgrades happen.

Welcome 11/11 and I smile.  I often do a recap of the past few days (stepping back can assist us in jumping ahead) yet in this moment it doesn’t seem to serve.  I will though say for many it hasn’t been easy.  Disoriented, feeling as if being  stretched  to one’s limit… as well as a list of other possibilities.  The energy has shifted yet one may or may not feel this yet.  We are full steam ahead… yet slowly.  Our body, reality and more has been under an intense process these past few days.  And now we allow it all to catch up. 

Wind

Notes…?  Yes, a few.  Yet I will say this is a time when I could also easily just… let go… and you may also be feeling this.  Outside the wind is blowing… and a “front” is to roll through.  Yes to that, too, as solar wind is incoming.  So this seems to be a time of just… doing your best.  And it’s a mix of honoring whatever arises/being present and being authentic. 

a moment

I have numerous posts just about ready to go yet… I pause as none of them feel right in this moment.  Many possibilities energy wise, so no way to cover it all.  We have everything from “death”/what feels like death/sadness to twin flame to wanting to know what’s next and how does one make peace with the unknown/now. 

The basics

Spirit is simple so… the basics.  And they would be, gratitude and neutrality.  And yes… love.  This seems to be what’s needed.  Oh how we take so much for granted.  And the Universe will remind.  I often find that I need to clear the channel.  At times it can be done in minutes… and other times, a week.  To disconnect and to be so open.

Resistance is futile

I had to look back at my notes for the past three weeks to appreciate… now.  I guess you could say I even had a moment of funk/doubt.  Like… what is happening?  I know yet…  So for years now writing has been my way to find/share clarity.

Yo-yo Energy

Oh the drafts folder is growing again and one day I’ll get to that housekeeping.  The energy the past 24 hours has been… like a yo-yo.  I awoke all out of sorts yet the day/weather was so beautiful it was easy to align to a state of peace.  Yet then, I tried to get a few things done and was wondering if Mercury was still in retrograde.  Well, I know there is a shadow period.  There seems to be a lot of incongruent energy running.  We’re coming in for a landing and for some it might be felt as a bumpy ride.

Spirit is Easy!

A wise friend once said to me, Spirit is easy, everything else… not so f* much.  I let out a laugh.  These were just the words I needed to hear at the time and boy do they sure to apply now.  Full Moon’s will bring much, to light.
