I’ve had a question for a few years yet first, I need to give a bit of a backstory and can make it short.  I never anticipated these past few years in my spiritual journey.  I didn’t even know what ascending was till late 2012 and the word didn’t resonate till 2014.  I identified myself as spiritual and lucky enough to have moments and knowing’s yet then reached a stage in my life where I did have a few questions (that seemed unanswerable yet were! and then… turned into 111 new questions).  I also wished to grown just a bit more into a gift/connection I felt I might have.

I’m not sure when I first heard the term, lightbody.  I am sure it was years after I aligned to the lightworker word.  I’d bet I read it several times before it even caught my eye and then caused my mind to pause… and start wondering.  I’m sure I thought, these are just words, one is being symbolic… right?  Well… years later a lot has changed for me.

Rainbow Body

Okay… just wanted to check-in on the energy… and the energy meets/in the body.  For almost two weeks now I’ve personally been feeling… in process.  Many of us have had these periods before.  While upgrades can happen in a “moment”/rest/meditation, they can also take weeks.  I think the longest one I’ve felt has been 6 weeks.  Yes, you can live yet you know so much more is going on… underneath.  Your mind might not know all the details – the pattern for me is I get a few hints/whispers/words and then as it concludes – voilà – a message/explanation comes.

Energy signatures have changed

Smiling!  This latest step has though indeed been interesting.  A time to clear the slate/cut cords/be open-available-neutral and… into the new/unknown we go.  For me/many, this is about the body.  It has been for several years yet… now, even more.  We had to learn to allow/rest/listen and trust our body and the process. 

Hold on

Oh so much to potentially write on yet am also letting go of some of the bigger stuff.  Simple really is best.  So let’s see what get’s typed up.  To start, this weekend pulse for many is… TOUGH.  Physically.  Mentally.  Emotionally.  A reality.  Hopefully not all combined but quite possible.  One might be feeling in the heart, gut, mind, lower back… body.  Rest… breath… stretch.  Self-care/love is a must.  This will pass yet it may feel all consuming.

String Theory

And in with the Super Full Moon… new seems to be waking up/coming online.  Yet this has been a process and many have felt for weeks now.  Often we do finish lessons/experiences and then feel a bit of a whammy physically/emotionally/energy wise and then… we smile and move forward.

So the new may unfold in a variety of ways.  Often at first in moments and then more consistent.  It may be one’s personality (it’s back), new knowing’s, how your body feels (like awesome), a new energy/direction/goal, etc.  I will say though that some are/will be getting a continued/double dose of more light codes/body/emotional/reality work – stay the course.  View/receive it as an honor.

1/11 light + human body

I started this as a note to self  (and seems to piggyback on today’s earlier post) so keeping as is and sharing:  A week of feeling/thinking oh so hopeful and happy and yippee !!  These past few days good and in moments, whooooo – the chill/freeze alert is for real.  Awaking in the morning later than normal and feeling as if I worked out all night.  It does fade (within an hour) yet also a few power-down moments are needed during the day.  This evening I felt the need to lay down and…

Being prepared

Yes, many are feeling integrations… or (continuing in) clearing work.  For some it may seem ho-hum/quiet/uncertain – just do the best (or bold) as one can.  Years ago Spirit advised, work what’s been given… and now may be one of those times.  Honoring whatever is and if one’s ready, utilizing all that is within reach; keeping our creative/healing energy flowing…  

A Cosmic Christmas

Alrighty light and loves… it’s been busy… yes?  It also seems that we have some Spirits of Christ mas past, present and future, LOL!  Visit/enjoy/be aware and smile.  We are shifting big time.  Feel it?  I am particularly in heart space.  Expansion.

So I share as I’d never imagine… and this is written from a certain perspective and moment.  Years ago I noticed my body was starting to feel some unusual things.  I’d just left a medical career so at times it was easy to wonder if it was indeed a medical issue/illness/disease… dis ease… as I also had a spiritual knowing as well.  Yet, I’ll also say that much of this process has been a stretch and journey of faith.  So at times periods of intense physical… well… while there are many lists of symptoms of ascending/upgrading/dna changes… until you feel/live them…
