From Triangulation to Freedom

Oh I love it when a “surprise” comes into my energy.  To be honest though, the surprising energy has long been there. It’s easier to just, not see it. We deal with issues as we can.  Today, triangulation.

I first heard this word years ago. I was told, “You’re being triangulated.” I didn’t understand what this meant but from reading body language, I didn’t think it was a good thing.

Helpful Words and Parallel Lives

The past few nights I’ve awoken to my heart racing yet no thoughts. During the day, I’ve also felt large waves of energy to the point I’ve had to sit down (like a pregnant lady) and honor them. I’ve tried to ground myself and that seems to help… a bit. Oh the old me would not believe in what I do now.

An Intuitive Friend

I’m a firm believer we all need at least one good friend in life. Even if you consider yourself a loner. Even better, an intuitive one.  You very well might already have one and not even know it.

(Spiritual) Spring Cleaning… NOW!

I was away for a few days. Upon my return, I noticed I was in a cleaning mode. I am like Snow White in that I like to whistle, hum or sing as I work along. First, my personal living space. Then my vehicle. Yes, I’m being both literal and symbolic. I know spring is still a month away (March 20^th) but… it was needed now.

In a blink of an eye…

I stepped onto the beach a few days ago.  I was going for a walk.  While it was cool, the sky was blue, the sun was out and the water looked amazing.  I have a normal walking route and know my landmarks well.  Out of nowhere, in what seemed like a blink of an eye, I was surrounded by fog.  I’d had this happen to me once before * but now, I had my camera – yes.
