nOw summary

 

Just a quick check-in.  Leaps and quantum jumps… are.  I was going to say, incoming… yet it’s like when Spirit corrected me the other day.  There is no more, next… just now.  So the summary of now would be ascend, descend, balance and repeat.  I can compare this time to a (bike) spin class.  Ever taken one of those? 

Quantum jumps ahead

The past 24 hours have been quiet… peaceful… well, at least for me.  For the hard core spiritual seeker/ascender, these pauses can confuse the mind.  Thinking it knows what’s next or… wondering what’s, wrong.  Ha… nothing.  This is when we rest, heal, enjoy, do what we love, observe, tidy up any little (or big) messes, etc.  For many this was a full and special day.  Yet for some… well, I’ll share that…

Quantum Jumps

I wrote this last night and planned on publishing this morning but now I also wish to update on the energy.  It’s been a light night of sleep.  🙂  Energy has been running strong since 2 a.m.  One might feel their body heat up and then cool down, an accelerated heart rate, ear ringing, teeth… it could be just about anything and it’s all normal.  I’m not quite sure what today has in store but yesterday I felt information would be funneling through.  So…
