Hold on


Oh so much to potentially write on yet am also letting go of some of the bigger stuff.  Simple really is best.  So let’s see what get’s typed up.  To start, this weekend pulse for many is… TOUGH.  Physically.  Mentally.  Emotionally.  A reality.  Hopefully not all combined but quite possible.  One might be feeling in the heart, gut, mind, lower back… body.  Rest… breath… stretch.  Self-care/love is a must.  This will pass yet it may feel all consuming. Last night a wave/message came in and settled well.  And then in morning mediation, another.  Oh how I do love these moments.  Not only peace but knowing.  So much of this journey is unusual (at first) yet often in an exciting way.  And then the challenging moments.  There have been though so many reminders and moments of peace – blessed.  It’s the glue that holds it all together.  Well, love, too.  This does become a drama free journey.  A very pure and authentic one.  Continue reading

What’s right in front of you is your path.

I’ve been working on a personal theme for several weeks now.  It’s always nice when Spirit/the Universe provides a sign that they haven’t forgotten about you.  That you are on course.  That everything is working out just fine.  A few of the signs/synchronicities have been so obvious yet how they come up causes me to pause and say, wow.  Often I laugh out loud at the, chances.  One of my signs for this theme is rainbows.  I had one two nights ago and then again last night.  (Actually for me this year more rainbows than I’ve seen in a long time.)  This week both times I’d looked towards the sky and then looked again and ta-dah… there one was.  Lasting just long enough for me to grab my camera and say, thank you.  Then gone yet, not.  The rainbow was/is in my heart.
