Human Will + Soul Surfer

Life is always full yet the past month+ has been accelerated.  As life gets busy/different, writing often falls to the side; what presents is important.  So interesting as for years it’s been well paced/ample time to write even in the (spiritual) accelerations we’ve felt… yet now…

Marathon…

Oh loves and lights!  How we doing??  We got a top down energy pulse/upgrade happening as well as many other options, too.  The crown to toe energy may need you to just, chill.  I happened to be out and about when I felt and went to the car to rest for 10 minutes.  I often take several deeper breaths to aid in circulating and pulling it in/down.  Otherwise it can feel like…

Our Amazing Body

So I share as I’d never imagine… and this is written from a certain perspective and moment.  Years ago I noticed my body was starting to feel some unusual things.  I’d just left a medical career so at times it was easy to wonder if it was indeed a medical issue/illness/disease… dis ease… as I also had a spiritual knowing as well.  Yet, I’ll also say that much of this process has been a stretch and journey of faith.  So at times periods of intense physical… well… while there are many lists of symptoms of ascending/upgrading/dna changes… until you feel/live them…

Closure

Closure is something we seek on this journey… yet often it just happens.  I’ve been reflecting on the past several weeks off and on for a few days now as I’ve/many are also in a rather significant upgrade.

Awakening a Joyful Body

I’ve been working on this post, here and there, for two weeks now.  Really this is old news, yet… at any time someone might have this, a bit prolonged physical body experience as they awaken/ascend, so I write and share.  While this post might not be for all, I hope it may assist another.

Scanning…

Oh where to start.  It’s been a while since I flipped through my notebook.  I started keeping one several years ago to document the messages I received (since I often couldn’t remember them afterwards) and the random.  Usually the random (signs, life events, and personal struggle) didn’t make sense yet when I looked back, a-ha’s happened.  I could see how this is perfectly and divinely orchestrated.  While I write and share much, I was now thinking gheez… a lot has been going on!  I do think now a reminder to cut yourself some slack is needed.  While one will often awaken and evolve under pressure, it doesn’t have to be this way.  Spirit is… ease.
