Ascending struggle

Just wanted to check in on the current energy.  Sleep may be needed and one may be feeling significant heart expansions.  I remember when these started for me, they were borderline alarming.  Now I smile, roll shoulder blades back/open up and take a few slow and deeper breaths.

Every few months I write a post that takes the next step in making a bridge between science and spirituality (or at least for me).  Yes, this is often what I do for fun, lol.  I preface that I slowly piece together as I live it… and trust that these past few years in moments have been like, did I really sign up for this…? 

Feelin in Heart Space…?

   

Over the years many of us have had a variety of heart sensations and moments.  Anything from rapid/accelerated heartbeat to heartburn, pain, anxiety and even the wonderful heart openings and butterflies.  A newer one though surfaced for me about 10 days ago and now.  A different feeling than before.  I know that for I/many when they first started, it was concerning.  What was this and was it medical…?

Just sharing a thought/pondering/perspective as this has come up in multiple ways.  Years ago I asked to be a bit more psychic.  I’d had those moments of knowing the unknown.  Yes please, just a bit more.  Well… Haha!  Spirit had other plans.  So isn’t it interesting to then find oneself on a path were at times much is unknown and one has to embrace this.  To move into this… and then discover/experience/know.  Oh there are so many ways to be and use our gifts here. 

Shattering False Self

Well… 8/8 is not quite what I thought it would be… yet one can be a bit quick to assume/judge.  It has been a time to pull in, journal and allow.  It’s also been a mix:  new thoughts/wonderings/understandings… deep releases (in their own way and gheez when one thought there was nothing left to release)… and moments of peace/bliss.  And a time of LIGHT sleep… after weeks of deep sleep. 

When a message doesn’t come true.

I write on as much as I can, as I encounter it in this journey.  So let’s include this topic.  When one receives a message from Spirit, or a vision or knowing and… then/later it doesn’t happen.  Like, why…? 

Bad stuff happens to lightworkers, too.

This past week or so I’ve seen many examples of oh shit moments and they involved a lightworker.  Somewhere many assume that lightworkers/healers/spiritual people are exempt from crap/illness/freak moments/life… happening.  Not. 

Help Desk – Subject: Light Body

A few days ago, the energy was the most intense I’ve felt thus far.  By the end of the day, and of sound mind and body, I needed some guidance.  Help me understand a light body.  I heard, “Do your research.”  Online I did find information.  Some have been writing on this topic for years.  No wonder I follow Lisa Brown – I was now finding some of her earlier work.  Yet it was also interesting to see what was and was not explained.  In the big picture, a light body is a new thing.

Spiritual Lull’s

I’ve often mentioned, spiritual lull’s. When channeling started for me, it was one of my biggest questions. I had no reference point. I just thought if you were “psychic”, you were all the time. Why did the messages come and go? And why did it cause such a panic (for lack of better words) in me when the messages stopped? It was so unpredictable. I would have calmed down if I’d just heard, it will start again in two weeks. You’ve been working hard so go have some fun. LOL. It’s like being unemployed. If you’d only been told when a job would come, one could avoid placing so much so much stress on themselves.

Why??

Why worry?  Fear?  Be angry?  Be sad?   Seriously… why?

Is it serving you?  Is it you?  I think not.

Why be controlling?  Gloomy?  Disappointed?

Just flip the switch.
