Menopause or Ascending or… ?

This post is not just for women.  Even more so for men.  The role that men carry now is so important and diverse during this time.  Trust me that if women wonder/question this, so do men. 

Soul Expansion

While I’ve written a few times on Spiritual Growing Pains and even Spiritual Hissy Fits… both worthy of capital letters… I am… now in a place that I have a new word choice – Soul Expansion.  I’ve been feeling it for about 24 hours now.  Know that you are not yourself.  Often though it happens after a big blast of energy/a-ha’s/bliss so it can catch you off guard.  Like… what is this??  Ugh!  Just when you know and think you have it figured out… and you do, but your body and life has to catch up.  So I’ll share.

Mother

A year after I wrote this, I came back and read it again.  I was a bit surprised with my honesty and putting it out there as I started the with:  In physical form, I have a strained relationship with my mother. Yet… on the astral plane, I have a miraculous relationship with her. Yes, and it started years ago with a dream.   Yet as I read on, I was reminded that this was indeed a beautiful post.

What do you see when you look at this picture?

I see a heart. I’d meet a lady on the beach and gave her some beachcombing tips. On her walk back, she was showing me her finds. She was so kind, she actually offered me the shell but I’m a firm believer that one finds what they are supposed to. I asked her if I could take a picture and you can see our shadows a bit as we stood side by side. I’d never seen this and thought it was a great find.
