I love this word.
At times though, it is a challenge to get to a state of being relaxed and not worried
about the things you cannot change.
I often find Zen in meditation and can carry this state of being with me for hours afterwards.
In a Zen moment, nothing is wrong. No regret. No worry about the future.
Zen is a great place to be. Wishing you a Zen moment!
And I’m loving your blog!!

I’m sending your niece (who is so lucky to have you) sleepy dust for a bit longer nap 🙂

Oh, I could use a Zen moment today. I’m minding my 1 year-old niece who is teething, and she screamed the house down for an hour. Nothing worked to help her. Not even the things I did for my daughter at that age. Poor kid and poor auntie. Now that she’s asleep, I can mediate for a bit. 😉
