Up

Yesterday was like wowziers for me as far as integrating.  So much and many are feeling.  In ways it’s easy yet may not be easy for all.  And I know that it will unfold and look forward to this.  So I feel like I have much to share yet this will just cover a thing or two.

It does feel as if a lot has happened in just a few short days yet… we’ve been working towards this for quite some time.  When we have those quieter moments and okay some not so quiet/easy and then… it all syncs up.

Or from sole/soul to crown.  How quick is the energy changing…?  Again writing a post and just left it to start a new one.  So checking-in on, the body.  That’s what I am feeling most.  There have been times of more mental, emotional or spiritual work/experiences.  So how this may be felt again ranges.  From heat/kundalini/life force rising or stirring to…

Pure Source Energy

Alrighty lights and loves… short and sweet:  some of us are pulling in massive amounts of light.  This may or may not be the case for all and how this presents in your body and reality may be confusing (at first) to the mind.  Like all the other moments/steps, breathe…

I’ve started two posts yet neither of them seem to capture this moment so… here we go!  There are parts of this wave that are so pure, simple, natural and easy… if one will allow/trust and flow.  And… it can also be felt as a doozy.  Possibly even a tissy.  Oh aren’t those interesting words/energies!  So let’s catch self if a bit off, take a step back, laugh/lighten up and embrace. 

Tender

I sit here after a full day… and smile.  Oh many moments and possible things to write about.  Yet I will choose a feeling… and it is, tender.  As in gentle, kind… benevolent.  As I reflect on all of the possible energies one could feel… this one feels right.  Interesting though as tender can be associated with discomfort or even pain. 

Wind

Notes…?  Yes, a few.  Yet I will say this is a time when I could also easily just… let go… and you may also be feeling this.  Outside the wind is blowing… and a “front” is to roll through.  Yes to that, too, as solar wind is incoming.  So this seems to be a time of just… doing your best.  And it’s a mix of honoring whatever arises/being present and being authentic. 

Don’t feel like Self…?

And particularly your normal/higher-self?  It’s okay and awesome.  Alrighty light and loves… how we doing??  We’ve been clearing a bit physically/emotionally/mentally/spiritually.  So this may be a time of those unexpected and unfiltered… well, moments.  The ones that seem a bit more challenging to maneuver through with ease and grace.  If one can take a step back, you may see that this is to just acknowledge/realize something, allow/love … or possible make a small or large intention/change. 

The significance

This is just a sharing of what I AM experiencing.  This is a time of knowings to be known. Some more significant ones are saved for last and may or may not resonate – both awesome as we’re all helping to refine.  So this may seem a bit choppy as I just… write.  ❤

a moment

I have numerous posts just about ready to go yet… I pause as none of them feel right in this moment.  Many possibilities energy wise, so no way to cover it all.  We have everything from “death”/what feels like death/sadness to twin flame to wanting to know what’s next and how does one make peace with the unknown/now.
