Really think on this. The quick answer might not be the right answer.
If you’re like me, you’re thinking of your to-do list and shaking your head, no. I don’t have time for that, lol.
How this one question though can start quite a dialog with your soul.
Other questions then seem to come to mind like:
Have I done what I thought I would in this life?
Have I done enough?
Have I experienced what I wanted to?
What have been my accomplishments… proud moments… contributions… best memories?
Ah, yes. Those memories.
What has my life meant? Stood for?
If today was my last day, what would I do?
Would I die with peace in my heart? Any regrets?
This is not a morbid or depressing question. This is a great opportunity to align with your soul.
What would you do if you just had a week left? A year? How would you live… differently?
What would you do? Who would you reach out to? How would you love? Who would you forgive?
At times it’s good to stop and check in on your own life. Review your past. Think of the future.
Get real about the now. Are you living live to the fullest, now?
Are you doing what brings your heart joy now? What are the important things to you?
And, the more you ponder on these questions, you might find that your answers change.
What changes would you make? And… why aren’t you making these changes?
Discern. Change. Align. Grow. Evolve. Love. Live!
