I’ll be honest, in the past I struggled with this word that’s often used in the spiritual arena. I heard, mindful yet it meant mindFULL to me.
Mindful is defined as, conscious or aware of something. Yes. Exactly. I was very aware and overthinking of too much. Really stuff that doesn’t matter but it did to me at that time. An overstimulated mind and life would be an understatement. In my journey, I’ve had to retrain my life and brain. To slow down… and then slow down some more and become, present.
So here are some reminders.
