Light Upgrades & Insomnia

Oh I always love it when I am in new water.  Over a week ago I was informed new light codes would be coming online and I seemed to know what this meant.  That I would in some way physically feel them as they awakened/one embodies.  I’ve had six weeks of feeling awesome yet before that was a very physical phase.  While I know these upgrades are for our benefit…  as they’ve progressed/with the last round, I realized I am a bit of a wimp, lol.  They can be a punch to one’s body.  I have to remind myself to breath, remain open and trust.  They can happen with ease and grace.

So I was asking how would this upgrade/step feel?  All I was told was, you have been well preparedI felt a smile so, I smiled.

So a week ago I had 36 hours of mild back/spine discomfort.  Then three nights of… insomnia?  Now, if you follow along you know I’ve mentioned sleep often enough – needing more, less and having different patterns.  There are times you sleep light, very deep and so much happens in our resting state.  Now though I was saying, uncle and needed guidance since sleepy tea, meditation and several other ways just didn’t help.

I heard, Light Codes released, a lot of activity now in the brain, it will settle.  Just hearing this did help.

Yet… I wanted to understand the brain chemistry and try to link it to awakening/ascending/dna process verses labeling it as just insomnia.  So these are just a few notes and I am sure there is another who is much wiser.  When one can’t sleep they stay up, research and solve all the world’s issues, lol.  And I am sure there’s another who’s had this experience and is well on the other side of it.  So this is just my humble offering/a perspective.

I found this article and read:  low GABA produces insomnia, or hyper arousal .  Yup.  That was what I was feeling at night.  I was tired, should be tired and just the moment I should have falling asleep… WIDE awake and for hours.  Really no worries… just AWAKE.

GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) occurs naturally in our brain, where it functions as a neurotransmitter and helps regulate brain activity.  So this makes sense to me.  If our brain is waking up/remembering/rewiring, one might need more GABA.  It can also be found as a supplement.

I also found this article interesting where I read:  Signals from the SCN travel to several brain regions, including the pineal gland, which responds to light-induced signals by switching off production of the hormone melatonin. The body’s level of melatonin normally increases after darkness falls, making people feel drowsy.

So… you can use many different words, but when the pineal gland is awakening more, that inner light is affecting our brains.  It thinks it’s daytime, 24/7.

As my journey has gone on, each upgrade has been a bit different.  At times you sleep so deeply and don’t even know of anything that happens.  Many are now having reunions and doing all sorts of visiting/work in their dream state.  For some reason I am to experience the other extreme.  So I note and move along.

Yet, right before I went to publish this, I checked to see what I wrote a year ago.  Ha!  Bingo!  So much of this journey is cyclical.  Here was my attempt this time last year.

We are anchoring in much light.  Gamma rays also play a big part in this yet I don’t know enough yet to write on this.. yet.  So for now, thank you for reading and step by step, we continue.  Well wishes and sweet dreams to all!

AFTERTHOUGHT:  Often I’ve noticed what I call a small surge of energy as I should be heading off to bed.  A whisper came offering a perspective.  The energy at night is pure… as other sleep.  Ahh.  Late night times can be so still.  Usually less electronics, thoughts, energy in general.  It can be exciting to our soul.

  2. Yes, I had more insomnia last night than I had had in about a year. The thing is I work this morning. I kept on telling myself that I need to let myself sleep even if my consciousness is awake. I must have had a light sleep or two. Yet, this morning I had the choice of calling in sick (when my work likely would not make up the hours) or going to work. As I was tired of laying in bed attempting to sleep with little success, I opted to go to work. Well, a part of me did rest last night. I have enough energy with a cup of tea to work. However, my eyes are another story. I have pinkish eyes that can only come from either crying or lack of sleep. So I am offering good customer service. I want to try this GABA, but need to run it past my Doctor.

    However, I do not trust my Doctor to not raise my medication levels if I talk to him about any insomnia. He kind of lost my trust when he raised my medication for no reason and refused to decrease it months later when I requested. Also the way he talks about the things I say, like when I said I have been Daydreaming, makes it seem that he thinks Daydreaming is a code word for psychosis. Sigh. He has a good heart, but he isn’t used to such honesty. He must have had so many patients who tried to hide things from him. I understand why they did try.

    • Well… I try to stay out of the doctors office yet I do go and as time has gone on have found the visits… interesting and divine. I had a 17 yr career in medical social work yet now, with all that I’ve learned from this journey… I try to blend the two. In some ways the medical world is not ready for us yet, as we can, we remind 🙂 I’ve found at times it’s also about other patients waiting in the office, etc. who need our energy/exchange. At times doctors wish to “fix”… yet often our bodies are doing what they need to do. You know how I feel about daydreaming 🙂 Also discouraged in our school system 😦 Wishing you a trusting relationship with doc/medical. That is important.

  3. I read so much about our receiving light codes and upgrades, and that sort of thing, and find it utterly fascinating when people know about these things. As for me, I’m completely oblivious. I’m curious to know when did you become aware, and how?

    • I, too, was lead to teachers/articles on light codes and upgrades and was like, what are they talking about…? Yet other parts of their teachings spoke to me. THEN… it started happening to me. A HUGE difference. I read and often forget. When they happen, I am forever changed/know. Yet… I still find I stumble into just about every upgrade. I do get signs/warnings/maybe a few words before and very little as I experience. So I allow… do my homework as needed, reach out and WRITE. I understand that my experience (while often having a lot of similarities) is to be different and that I am to share. How we have these experiences fit the current/now dynamics. For years many have taught activations but for me they naturally happen. In time clarity/wisdom come. It has been a process of baby steps for me 🙂 ❤

  5. yes during the light upgrades we are all experiencing just what we need to experience and hopefully know to consciously breathe through it all and know we’ll get through it all somehow… looking forward to when our integration is complete and we can create our heart and soul desired… love to you, barbara x
